This week in “The taste of meetings”, chef Justine Piluso will delve into Manon’s family history, in Rochechouart, in Haute-Vienne. This sporty young woman, who loves challenges, decided this year to do a half-marathon. Cycling, running, badminton, she will train Justine in her physical preparation. But Manon doesn’t just do sports. She loves cooking and above all… eating! Her guilty pleasure is pastries. A passion that she gets from her grandmother who taught her everything. She also left him a recipe box that Manon keeps like a treasure. After a little sporting challenge with our chef, Manon will offer to regain strength around a Limousin specialty: Trépaïs. This sweet break will be an opportunity to evoke childhood memories.
