When one of the most successful Romanian women living abroad moved to Spain a few years ago, she started from scratch. She worked as a cleaner in campsites and a waitress in bars. However, she never gave up on her big dream and today she works with several big stars.
“Lionel Messi is one of the clients I have been working with for over 10 or 12 years. I sold him his first apartment in Barcelona, I manage all his hotels in Spain, as well as many others.
Another very humble person that I have a lot of respect for is Ronnie Wood from the Rolling Stones. I also worked with other members of the band, but I have a special relationship with him,” revealed Andrada Mantaová in an interview for Antena 1 television.
The successful businesswoman claims that since entering the real estate market in Spain, she has achieved sales worth more than 500 million euros.
“I’m most proud of the fact that I made my first million before I was thirty. We have been able to design, build, manage and sell some of the most luxurious apartments in the entire country. We have always been one step ahead of market trends and demand,” the real estate expert boasted.
Lionel Messi also entrusted her with his real estate empire, whose income for 2024 will reach more than 124 million euros according to Forbes magazine. Only Cristiano Ronaldo (263 million euros) earns more from soccer players, and Neymar (101 million euros) completes the trio.
However, the Inter Miami star’s salary is only around 55 million euros, the remaining 69 million euros comes from marketing. The total assets of the 37-year-old Argentine are estimated at almost one billion euros.
