FABRIANO – Exchange of jokes on social media between Daniela Ghergo and Danilo Silvi over photos of the walls of the dojo at PalaCesari
Back and forth on social media between the mayor of Fabriano, Daniela Ghergo, and the minority councilor Danilo Silvi on the humidity found in the walls of the judo gym at PalaCesari. The first citizen of Fabriano claims that the photograph accompanying the press release of the FdI councilor is old. «The municipal administration specifies that the photograph is old and that the recent maintenance work on the roof has resolved the problem of infiltration, as can be seen from the photo taken today. – writes Ghergo – Anyone who encounters concrete and current problems is invited to report them through institutional channels, so as to allow the administration to verify them and intervene promptly».

Response to Silvi’s collection: «As is evident from the photo posted by the Mayor himself, the problems are far from resolved. In fact, evident damp stains were still noticed, especially at the foot of the wall. What the intervention and the photo on Mayor Ghergo’s post demonstrate well is, rather, the state of absolute degradation in which the structure finds itself which has recently risen to the honours, or rather, to the disgraces of the news throughout Italy, due to the reports of the champions of the rhythmic. Peeling walls, damp stains, detached skirting boards and so on and so forth; if the mayor’s intent was to demonstrate the promptness of interventions on this plant, well, it is a sensational own goal. One would almost laugh at these clumsy attempts to conceal reality by this inadequate and incompetent administration, if it weren’t for the fact that the athletes and citizens of Fabriano are the ones who lose out.”
