The secret? Work, work and work. When you can’t take the right chances, you have to roll up your sleeves even more. Today we started well, taking a step forward already in qualifying, thanks to a set-up never tried before. I hold this podium close to me and I want to dedicate it to the entire Valencian Community affected by the devastating floods of recent days.”
Bagnaia crashes in the Sepang Sprint, Martin wins and has the World Championship in his grasp
The pilot native of Cervera continues his story to Sky Sport: “Honestly, today I went fast also because I took a risk. If I hadn’t pushed a little harder I wouldn’t have done so well. Without Bagnaia’s crash I wouldn’t have finished higher than third, so I know well what my limit is on this track. In any case, I’m happy because I didn’t have the pace to be with the best until yesterday.”
