Created in September 2024, the Gourin judo club has around twenty members after three months of activity. All classes take place on Wednesdays in the Dojo room, Place Général-de-Gaulle. They are provided by Yann Le Goff, holder of the CQP (Certificate of Professional Qualification) judo.
“Acquire and master basic techniques”
“Judo is an ideal discipline for channeling the energy of young people. Respect, politeness, friendship… It conveys many values from the moral code of the discipline and allows the child to practice a sport which goes beyond pure physical activity”, argues the teacher who wants to participate in the development of new club from Gourin without skipping steps. “Some young people will soon be able to test themselves in interclubs and unofficial competitions. Before going any further, you must first acquire and master the basic techniques.”
Gérard Bourvic, the president, announces that the club would like to create a Taïso course. From relaxation to flexibility, including endurance, the benefits of regular Taïso practice are multiple.
