A new meeting is set, Sunday November 24, 2024 at the Salle des Batailles in Montfort-sur-Meu, by Sport Loisirs Brocéliande (SLB). Like last year, we are organizing, in conjunction with the Rotary club arche de Brocéliande-Montfort, a second solidarity badminton tournament.

During the last tournament, we collected €700, an amount which was entirely donated to the Stars for Tilouann association.

As a reminder, the SLB is a young association, created in 2021, which brings together around thirty members. Membership is €30 for the season, with two time slots offered per week, and the possibility of participating in several interclub meetings throughout the year.
150 participants expected
This Sunday, it’s a men’s doubles and a mixed doubles that athletes have been invited to. The spirit remains friendly. This is a leisure tournament, not a competition in this event which is above all united

We are expecting 150 people to attend this tournament, which aims to financially support the Morbihan association. Arthur and his little steps. With a motor disability, this young teenager needs equipment for which financial support is not complete.
The organizers are delighted to already have around thirty teams registered.
Revenue from the refreshment bar and catering donated
If access to the public is free, players contribute €10, of which €2 will be donated to Arthur’s association. It is thanks to the mobilization of the Brocéliande-Montfort Arch Rotary Club that we will be able to donate a large sum: all of the proceeds from the refreshment bar and catering will be donated to the association.
The Brocéliande-Montfort Arch Rotary Club mobilizes regularly throughout the year to support associations and thus organize events with a solidarity dimension. The next one will take place in December, at the Bain-de-Bretagne Christmas market.
