How pleasant to know that, until today, it is a woman who holds the title of multi-medallist in these National Youth Games. She is from Antioch. This is Luciana Osorio Betancur, from El Carmen de Viboral, who is only 17 years old and is already a reference in youth cycling not only in Antioquia but in the country, as today she has five gold medals.
According to the technical and methodological work team of Indeportes Antioquia, in addition to the obvious, a collection of gold medals speaks of the versatile mental, physical and emotional capacity of an athlete, which allows him to train, compete and win in different events. of the same sport.
This characteristic allows us to suggest that an athlete or para-athlete is exceptional, in terms of development and sports performance, in addition to the qualities mentioned above, due to their versatility to face different tests, each with different demands.
Luciana Osorio Betancur (in the photo on the right) is one of those young women who becomes a reference for the boys and girls of Antioquia. She is a source of pride for her family and an illusion for Antioquia cycling. Her performance to date, at such a young age, suggests that she is a young woman with great capacity for adaptability and professional projection.
