Tennis, padel and now… pickleball. A new racket sport is conquering many athletes in the world and also in our country. Fun and fast, pickleball combines elements of tennis, badminton and ping pongit is essentially played in double but the single is also appreciated.

Born in the United States, this sport arrived in Italy for the first time in 2018, and after Covid it began to expand like wildfire. Pickleball represents a “total body” workout: each shot involves the legs, abs and shoulders. It also requires coordination and promotes general well-being.

Al Tennis Club Faenza four pickleball courts are set up every Wednesday evening and the teacher Paola Tampieriwith the qualification of pickleball instructor, makes herself available to teach it.
