The so-called structured concept process is intended to search internationally for the best and most viable concepts for the ICC. “In the future, the ICC should be a place for art, culture, creative industries, innovation and congresses.” The ICC building at the radio tower in the very west of Berlin has been a listed building since 2019 and was once one of the largest congress centers in the world.
