Last Friday the Sevilla FC youth playersJuanlu Sánchez and Isaac Romero received from the hands of the Culture of Peace School the ‘Silver Dove’within the Education sessions on the Values of Sports, Music and Volunteering. In addition to the award to the Sevilla players, outstanding personalities from different disciplines received this recognition.
The event was held in the Plenary Hall of the Parliament of Andalusia and the Sevilla youth players were accompanied by the president of the entity, José María del Nido Carrasco. During the event, the values of both footballers on the white-red and also Andalusian level were praised. Also awarded were the actor Fran Perea, the actress Laura Pamplona, the writer Juan del Val, the comedian Manu Sánchez, the Real Madrid Foundation and the athlete Saúl Craviotto.
The Culture of Peace School is a non-profit Sevillian association, a development cooperation body and a consultative body of the UN in matters of Women and Youth, which works to “promoting the values of sport, music and volunteering in youth” with projects at a local, national and international level.
