The four members of Kodokan Lobos Dojo had a great performance, who competed in the National Closing Judo Championship held in Jujuy.
Being part of the delegation of the Argentine Intercollegiate Judo Federation, the boys from Lobo stood out in their respective categories, and return with three titles.
Isabella Sabbatini Gimenez is National Champion in Female Kyu Novices up to 57 kilograms, and in Novice Cadets up to 57 kilograms.
And the other Gold medal went to Paula Aggollia who is the Champion in Children’s B Women’s category over 64 kilograms. Paula thus closes a fantastic year, with titles of Buenos Aires City Champion, Provincial Champion in the Buenos Aires Games and this national title.
What was done by the other two representatives from Lobos was also commendable. Feliciana Semino competed in Infant B up to 48 kilos, and Genaro Coronel in Cadets up to 66 kilos and Kyu Graduates up to 60 kilos.
Guillermo Vélez, owner of Kodokan Lobos Dojo, celebrated the achievements and said that “I am very happy for the results and above all for the experience that the boys continue to gain.”
“I am very grateful to Sensei José Zamora who led the delegation and to Feliciana and Paula’s mothers who also accompanied,” he remarked.
He announced that the end-of-year graduation exams are coming, children’s Judo will end in November, and senior and competitive judo continues without a break.
