On Tuesday, September 19, the Israel Tennis and Education Center (ITEC) hosted a sold-out 2024 event: Honoring the Eisenberg and Salinger families and spreading light.
The event attracted 350 attendees and raised over $350,000 to support ITEC’s mission of transforming the lives of children in Israel through tennis and education.
The night was a celebration of resilience and unitya powerful personal story told by Ziv Maman, a young leader trained in the ITEC project, and a thrilling live performance by music icon Matisyahu.
Hosted by ITEC Board Chairman and Gala Chairman Wendy Slavin, along with Global CEO Eyal Taiz and Global CFO Ilan Allali, the event highlighted ITEC’s commitment to Provide children with life skills and build strong communities, especially in underserved areas of Israel.
Funds raised will directly support the expansion of ITEC projects, including Providing mental health resources, leadership workshops and safe spaces to children in conflict zones.
This historic event reflects the unwavering dedication of ITEC’s global network of supporters and their commitment to empowering the next generation of Israelis through education, sports and resilience-building initiatives.
