Puerto Plata- The team for Amor al Basket, headed by Joan Glorioso, was the winner of the elections held on the afternoon of this Friday, November 29, in this tourist city of San Felipe de Puerto Plata.
Glorious, an extraordinary collaborator and lover of the discipline of basketball, was favored by the votes of the delegates present at the local basketball headquarters, the indoor Fabio Rafael González of the General Gregorio Luperón sports complex.
The elections that were held in the office of said association, were attended by Dr. Nelson Saldivar, first member of the Dominican Basketball Federation (Fedombal), together with the electoral commission headed by Dr. Juan Payero Brisso, Emérito Almonte and as a licensed notary lawyer Rafael Peña (Luchó).
In addition to Glorioso as president, they join him on the executive committee of Abapplata,
as vice president, Dr. Rafael Díaz, licensed secretary Amaury Germán Martínez, licensed co-secretary William Melo, athlete Elier Gutiérrez as treasurer, co-treasurer Fernando Coronado, organizational secretary Juan José Morrobel Mercado, members Yovanny Vásquez, Elvis Pérez and Freddy Pérez.
