The annual Ju-Jutsu autumn tournament took place in Bietigheim-Bissingen on October 19, 2024. 182 athletes from 22 clubs were able to compete in the disciplines Fighting, Duo and Ne-Waza.
At the beginning of the event, the long-time Baden-Württemberg fighting state trainer Witold Golonka was awarded 4th Dan for his outstanding achievements in jujutsu.
With only 10 starters, all with double start Fighting and Ne-Waza, TG Biberach sensationally managed to win 10 gold medals and thus third place in the overall ranking.
Coach Michael Golonka was particularly pleased with the very strong performances in ground combat.
The TG won every Ne-Waza class in which she took part and in Ju-Jutsu Fighting, most opponents were forced to submit using leverage or strangling techniques.
Particularly noteworthy are the performances of Jonah and Niklas Lehmann as well as Jaro Walter, who each won double gold.
Medals were won in the respective weight and age classes:
Jaro Walter, Lukas Knott, Jonah Lehmann, Niklas Lehmann and David Lehmann took first place in fighting
Jana Wiesenfarth took second place in fighting
Sören Trieselmann took third place in fighting
Jaro Walter, Jana Wiesenfarth, Sören Trieselmann, Niklas Lehmann and Jonah Lehmann took first place in the Ne-Waza
Sami Belaroui and Julian Lehmann took second place in the Ne-Waza
Lukas Knott took third place in the Ne-Waza
