Judo and sharing course at the Villeneuve-de-Marsan dojo

A look back at the All Saints’ Day holiday course at the Villeneuve-de-Marsan dojo, which was held on Saturday November 2. Fifty-five judokas aged 7 and over participated in this event hosted by Anthony and Gaël, highlighting the values of team sport, sharing and of course judo.
Anthony spent a day perfecting judo techniques such as ko uchi gari and o uchi gari, as well as the jujitsu part, which is particularly useful for the youngest children during upcoming youth events.
For Gaël, the work consisted of changing his habits during hikes by focusing on movement.
The club thanks all the participants for joining this course to work and have fun, the accompanying people for taking the young judokas, the clubs which participated in this day: Union Sportive Judoka Grenadois Judo/Jujitsu Club du Cap de Gascogne 40,500 Saint-Sever, US Pomarez Section Judo Judo Club Folgarien as well as theHBCV Handball Club Villeneuvois for providing handball equipment.
