Novara – Splendid weekend for our JUDO and JU JITSU boys. On Saturday 16 November the JU JITSU boys, accompanied by Giuseppe and our President Mauro, competed in the Alberto Alunni Trophy in Foligno (PG). Maya Navoni dominated the category, winning all the full ippon matches, winning first place in the U18 -63kg category, an excellent result also for Alessandro Pasotti who, losing only in the final, took second place in the U18 -77Kg category, Aaron Barbaglia won third place was awarded in the U16 -62kg category.
Sunday 17 November dedicated to JUDO for our kids. Pietro Mairate (photo), accompanied by our Vice President Alessandro, participated in the Trofeo Italia in Roncadelle (BS), after having brilliantly won 3 matches he had to stop in the quarter finals; he thus obtained 9th place in the ES-B -55kg category, which is an excellent result considering the huge draw of 70 athletes.
It was also a busy day for our Cadets who, accompanied by Giuseppe, participated in training with Olympic Champion Alice Bellandi in Leinì (TO): Aaron Barbaglia, Maya Navoni, Alessandro Pasotti and Ambra Placentino.
