Judo/JuJutsu became self-defense in 2020 – international training weekend in the Glemstalhalle – TSV Höfingen eV

Our trainer Martina Goos and trainer Andreas Lier are members of the Federal Self-Defense Association and have completed several levels of training through courses. Martina now has the 2nd DAN and Andi the 3rd and the master’s degree. Through examinations you reach the master level 1st – 5th DAN, the 6th – 10th. DAN by award.

Forty children aged 7 and over now belong to the department, but no more can be looked after. Realistic self-defense contains elements of Self-defense/martial arts Ju Jutsu / Karate / Aikido / Judo / Krav Maga / Hanbo / weapon defense. In addition, attention is paid to self-confidence, clear voice and posture during training.

Kelly Sach led the weekend event with participants from all over Germany, Switzerland and Austria.

He can open can look back on over 59 years of various martial arts training and is chairman of the Federal Association for the Prevention of Violence. In addition to his association activities, he is constantly on the go on seminars, courses and training appointments. The goal is to open up new possibilities in self-defense in connection with nerve pressure points for serious martial artists and those interested. This involves defending against an attacker by creating pain without injuring him.
