Judokas on their way to Las Vegas

The DAC judo is fortunate to have quality senior judokas in its ranks. Over the years, age having no influence on them, these experienced judokas travel the planet to enrich their prize list.

European Championships, World Championships, nothing is too difficult for them. This week, they are flying to the United States and more precisely Las Vegas, the gambling capital located in Nevada. But for the Drouais champions, there is no question of going to the casino since their ambition is to bring medals back to Dreux.

Local support

The competition will last around ten days, from November 2 to 11, and to finance the trip, the judokas benefit from the support of several local partners.

The DAC group of judokas: Sofiane Ouargui (M3, less than 60 kg), Yann Aussibal (M4, less than 60 kg), Christophe Le Pestipon (M5, less than 60 kg), Nacer Nouasria (M7, less than 73 kg ) and Jérôme Perreault (M4, less than 73 kg).

Two judokas friends of the Drouais will be on the trip, Fabien Denissel (M4, less than 73 kg) from Houdan and Samba Keita (M3, less than 73 kg) former Drouais from Rouen.

The national scene is also successful for them since three judokas who will not go to the USA, shone during the excellence tournament in Tremblay. This is the highest national level for veterans. Laurent Castanet and Gilles Gautré finished third in their categories, respectively M5 under 66 kg and M5 under 90 kg. Wilfrid Decree for his part finished seventh in M5 under 66 kg
