Kantele’s popular programs are coming together!
A special program called “Kantele Festival!” brings together the most popular Kantele programs in order to liven up the Kansai region with the Osaka/Kansai Expo next year. A collection of popular programs! 8 Chamecha Live TV”.
“8 Chamecha Live TV” is a long-running program that has been on the air for 22 years, “Momoko’s OH!” provided by Osaka Gas! That’s it! Look! ” (abbreviation: OSOLE) (every Saturday from 13:59) and Kansai Electric Power’s “Footmap” (every Saturday from 18:30) have made a miraculous collaboration!
“Look at Momoko’s foot map! ”, and two locations were held!
The first is High Heel Momoko, Football Hour, Daiki Shigeoka (WEST.), and Announcer Yurina Tanaka (Kantele), who will be holding a concert ahead of the Osaka/Kansai Expo, which will open on April 13th next year. We will tour the exquisite gourmet food and recommended spots that you want to go to when you come to the Expo.
The second one is “Momoko’s OH! That’s it! Look! ” Introducing a special edition of the popular corner “Hyodo Burari”. Taiki Hyodo (Yano, Hyodo) and Nozomi Iwao (Football Hour) take a stroll through the Kujo/Bentencho area of Osaka, which is gaining renewed attention as an area close to the Expo venue.

Momoko, Football Hour, Shigeoka, and announcer Tanaka started filming from a scenic spot where they could see the symbol of the Kansai Expo, the Big Roof Ring, right in front of them.
The five of them first visited an okonomiyaki restaurant in Nishinari Ward that Momoko has been going to since she was single. Enjoy the exquisite dishes recommended by Momoko. “It’s so delicious…!” (Shigeoka) “Osaka!” (Goto) Everyone seemed impressed by how delicious it was.
There are also scenes that reveal Momoko’s surprising personal life, such as “being treated to something by someone 360 days a year,” and a rare episode from a dinner party between Momoko, Shigeoka, and the popular idol.
A go-kart showdown at your own expense!
Next, the group visits the Maishima area and decides to have a go-kart showdown with viewer gifts at their own expense. A serious battle between the Ausole Team (Momoko, Shigeoka) and the Footmap Team (Football Hour)! “I like driving, but this is my first time driving a go-kart,” says Shigeoka, whose sense of style shines through. Furthermore, Iwao’s surprising true nature is revealed.
After the match, the team goes looking for viewer gifts that will be paid for by the losing team. Expo goods and stylish souvenirs…don’t miss the wonderful presents that are filled with the individuality of each of the five people.
At the end of the filming, we went to a creative restaurant that is frequented by Kiyoshi and Helen Nishikawa, also known as Naniwa’s royal family. Helen Nishikawa from the Ausole Family also joined the filming and enjoyed the one and only creative gourmet food loved by many celebrities. Football Hour also brings out surprising episodes from his youth.

Next, Taiki Hyodo and Football Hour Iwao wandered around the Kujo/Bentencho area, which is gaining attention again due to the effects of the Expo. In the deep town of Kujo Shopping District, they search for wigs that suit both of them at a wig specialty store used by famous artists.
Furthermore, when they visit a classroom that teaches circus acrobatics, they meet kids with “amazing tricks.” For some reason, Hyodo and Iwao also tried this “amazing technique”. “It hurts, it hurts…!” the two of them cry out, but they decide to show off their skills!
Finally, we visited a famous restaurant with a huge menu, and enjoyed the exquisite pork tempura and chicken cutlet. With beer in hand, Hyodo digs deeper into Iwao’s views on love, asking questions such as “Would you like to get married?” and “What kind of person do you like?”

I always watch “Foot Map” when it’s rebroadcast at night, so I knew it would start slowly and suddenly, so I thought it would be a shame if I let my guard down (lol), so I gathered myself and took on the challenge! It was fun to see a surprising side of Iwao-kun in the go-kart! Also, since I’m a female anarchist, it was great to see newcomer Tanaka-chan (announcer Yurina Tanaka, in her first year at the company) working hard! We had a really fun time talking and eating!
Helen Nishikawa Comment
I was really happy to meet Football Hour after a long time. This time, I was able to participate from the end of the filming, and it seemed that everyone had also been to the Osaka/Kansai Expo venue. The World’s Fair that I attended about 50 years ago is coming again. Although I am getting older, I would be happy if I could be involved in the Expo again. I’m glad I lived this long.
Hyodo Daiki Comment
This time I was allowed to go on location with Mr. Iwao, and it was refreshing. I thought to myself, “That’s a bit too short! Could you please let me shoot for a little longer?” (laughs) It was that much fun. I think the human spirit of Osaka will be conveyed through the filming, so I think it will be a heartwarming experience for viewers. I talked to a lot of people in the city, so I think you’ll see a different Iwao-kun from “Foot Map” who interacts with the people of Osaka. I hope you look forward to seeing it as well.

Nozomi Iwao
It was my first time filming with Momoko, and I was reminded once again how powerful she was. “Momoko’s OH! That’s it! Look! ” are really close friends, and you can tell that they have been working together as a family for many years. I went to the “Hyodo Burari” with Mr. Hyodo, and it was a lot of fun to shoot on location, so I’m grateful. For the first location, I was able to work with Momoko-san, Shigeoka-kun, and Helen, and it was a gorgeous location, but for the second location, there were two old men (lol). I think it’s probably the most somber of all of “8 Chamecha Live TV,” but it was fun and carefree, so I hope you’ll enjoy watching it.

It was really fun. It’s like the usual “foot map”, but it’s not the same as usual (lol). The location shooting with Momoko is a veteran, so it was quick, quick! It ended faster than planned (lol). I usually think about this when I watch the program, but I really think of Momoko’s OH! That’s it! Look! Everyone here is good friends. I understand why Shigeoka-kun said, “I’m not thinking of working, I’m just enjoying the filming.” And this time, for the first time, I went to the venue where the Kansai Expo was held. The atmosphere around that area was completely different and powerful from just hearing about it and seeing it live. I would like everyone to take a look at that as well.

All the meals on location were delicious. Not only did I enjoy the food, but I was also able to hear stories about the restaurant and other people’s memories, which made my heart happy. Also, the Expo ring! I was really excited when I saw it. I’m really looking forward to the Expo. Momoko-san is really powerful as usual, and the interaction between Momoko-san and Football Hour was interesting, and the program has a lot of highlights, so I hope you will watch it.
