The Labastide-Saint-Pierre Judo Club has resumed its season in the most beautiful way. Throughout the year, the club’s various athletes are present at major regional events. This week, it was in the Gers that the Bastide Judo Club took to the tatami mats with steely determination. The tournament in Auch revealed the minimalist grand prix where Titouan discovered the category: “It was really a complicated first, but with a lot of courage, many lessons were learned from it, it’s very positive for the future”, we explain the Bastide leaders. There was also the grand prize of the colored belts, where the cadets also discovered the category: “Great things to see, with Laura who fought with a lot of will and showed a judo full of promise, then Roxane who placed third on the podium with always a thirst for ippons.” She comes back with twenty points for the black belt. Finally, note that among the seniors, Agatha showed that she was progressing and fought with great desire. She placed third in her category: “For his part, Benjamin spent a lot of energy to finish on the highest step and bring home seventeen points.” Armed with these lessons, judo continues with wisdom and flexibility, the result of a difficult but constructive day.
