The Judo Club du Creusot has been able to boost the practice of judo in the region by recently organizing a series of significant events: mass training and various courses. These gatherings allowed judokas of all levels to improve, share their passion and strengthen ties within the judo community.

Mass training: a strong moment of sharing

The mass training, in which around sixty judokas participated, was a real success. Under the direction of Arnaud Tichy (Judo Club Blanzynois) and Johnny Potet (Judo Creusot), the participants were able to benefit from an intense and varied session, focused on technical and physical improvement. The numerous presence of Blanzynois judokas created a friendly and motivating atmosphere, conducive to exchanges and progression.

The benefits of mass training: Surpassing oneself: Group training allows you to surpass yourself and push your limits. Sharing experiences: Judokas from different clubs can exchange their techniques and experiences. Increased motivation: The collective atmosphere promotes motivation and attendance at training.

Courses for all tastes

The Judo Club du Creusot offered courses adapted to different profiles: “All at the dojo” course: This course, intended for the youngest, was a real success. It was designed to help them discover the basics of judo in a fun and educational way. On the program: motor skills course, basic techniques, quizzes on judo, randoris and refereed fights. The young people showed great commitment and a good attitude throughout the day. And finally, a great shared snack as a reward!

Competitor course

Gathered in large numbers, the Judo Creusot competitors were able to benefit from quality supervision and intensive training over 2 days. The presence of judokas from other clubs, such as the Judo Club Blanzynois and the ASMD Judo de Grenoble, made it possible to create positive emulation and encourage exchanges. They benefited from an intensive program focused on improving their performance. On the menu: specific technical work, physical strengthening, intense hikes and PPG sessions. Exchanges with judokas from other clubs made it possible to simulate competitive situations and gain experience. The objectives of the courses: Technical improvement: Acquire new techniques and refine those already mastered. Physical development: Improve your physical condition and strength. Mental preparation: Develop concentration, self-confidence and the ability to manage stress.

A very positive outcome

These various events bear witness to the dynamism of Judo Creusot and the enthusiasm of judokas for this sport, they were a success on all levels. The participants expressed their satisfaction with the organization, the supervision and the general atmosphere. The organizers underlined the importance of these moments of sharing and conviviality, which contribute to the technical and personal progress of practitioners.
