Lardin BC pulled out all the stops on Saturday, November 9, for the reception of its neighboring Brive region for the 4th day of Regional 3F. The public came in large numbers to attend this special evening. The presence of Louise Bussière, trained at the club and accompanied by teammates from Basket Landes, may have disturbed the locals who had difficulty getting into the match.
Only Masdupuy managed to find the net and the LBC quickly found themselves at bay (9-17). Fortunately, the sequel was better. Allard (23 points) allowed his team to come back at the break (26-29). The Lardinoises hit the nail on the head in the restart with a series from Allard then two award-winning baskets from Jaubert (50-42).
The last quarter was tighter but the LBC won with forceps. Marlène Sécrestat, the coach, is relieved: “This victory was complicated but we managed to pull ourselves together to win. »
Sanilhac progresses
Other Périgord clubs have distinguished themselves. In the 2M Regional, Boulazac/Sanilhac continued by winning against BEC B (71-44). Clément Daude, the coach, highlights the defensive efforts. “The team is making progress on collective aspects. A good defensive base allows us to take the victory. »
In R3M, Bergerac, trailing at the break, and Saint-Front-de-Pradoux won on the road in difficult matches. Boulazac/Sanilhac B performed well by inflicting a first defeat on Saint-Pantaléon (79-73). In R3F, ASPTT Grand Périgueux won a large victory in Chambon (106-43).
