A northeastern European alliance of states has announced that it will expand aid to Ukraine in the coming months. This is intended to support the Ukrainian defense industry and boost ammunition production. “We are committed to (…) expanding sanctions against Russia and those who enable Russia’s aggression,” said the heads of state and government Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Norway, Poland and Sweden in a joint statement.
