Luis Rodrigo Bustamante Flores is a Chilean Paralympic table tennis player who competes in international table tennis competitions born on . He is a Parapan American Games champion and Pan American champion. He also competed in the 2020 Summer Paralympics where he lost in the round of 16[1],[2].
Flores had a stroke at age 18, requiring him to use a wheelchair[3].
