The new uniforms were presented in the event dedicated to baseball and softball clubs at the headquarters of the prestigious Bolognese company together with FIBS President Andrea Marcon and the Italians Giulia Longhi, Matteo Bocchi and Giorgio Napoli.

The occasion was that of the meeting with the FIBS affiliated companies at the Macron Campus, home of the most important Italian technical clothing brand, which invited them to the headquarters in Valsamoggia, Bologna, to illustrate yesterday’s story, talk about future projects and today’s cutting-edge products.

Country Manager Italy Erica Macchiavelli illustrated to the participants, in the ‘room of dreams’, surrounded by the uniforms of the top teams that ‘dress’ Macron around the world, the essential data of the company, since its foundation in 1971, as a managed distributor familiar of American brands, in particular for baseball, to the strong growth of recent years, with a present that speaks of over 300 employees, 167 single-brand stores and the presence in more than 850 points of sale and 90 sponsored professional clubs in the world, a turnover increased from 11 million euros in 2004 to 196.6 in 2023. A company present in 30 countries and also at the forefront from the point of view of sustainability thanks to the program Macron 4 The Planet.

Present, in addition to the club managers, were the Azzurri Giulia Longhi, captain of Italia Softball, Matteo Bocchi, ace of the national baseball team, and Giorgio Napoli, leading player of Italia BXC, the new uniforms were also discovered in preview of the National Teams, which will be adopted starting from 2025.
