In the under 57 kg category, the Malagasy judoka, Benandro Andriamahadiso Roumaica Riantsoa, won the gold medal, after defeating the Cameroonian, Coly Soukaina, in the final of the fight for first place. In the under 52 kg category, two Malagasy female athletes competed, and both won medals. Ramorasata Idealisoa Miangalihanta won the silver medal and Andrianjafintsalama Camille won the bronze medal in the Juniors category. It can be said that this result obtained by the Malagasy was satisfactory, which placed Madagascar in the 5th place in Africa, in this competition “Open d’Afrique de Dakar”, held on November 21 and it will end today, November 23.
