MISSIONS HEADING TO A NEW EDITION OF THE NATIONAL EVITA SPORTS GAMES

With the same commitment and responsibility as previous editions, Misiones will participate in the Evita National Sports Games (JDNE) that will take place in the city of Mar del Plata, province of Buenos Aires, from November 4 to 9.

After the Missionary Sports Games, it is time to present the country’s main sports competition, which in this edition will bring together more than 8,000 young people, among whom will be enthusiastic missionaries, willing to live a comprehensive experience that goes beyond a sports result.

The province’s delegation, which will be made up of 400 people, including athletes, coaches, discipline coordinators, companions, medical team and logistics coordination personnel, will be presented in 35 disciplines. In the Youth Sports modality, they will be Athletics, Badminton, 3×3 Basketball, BMX Freestyle, Boxing, Canoeing, Cycling, Fencing, Freestyle, Futsal, Artistic Gymnastics, Rhythmic Gymnastics, Beach Handball, Hockey 7, Judo, Karate, Lifting Olympic, Olympic Wrestling, Swimming, Rugby 7, Skate, Taekwondo, Tennis, Table Tennis, Shooting, Archery, Triathlon, Volleyball and Beach Volleyball. And in the Adapted Sports modality (people with disabilities) they will be Adapted Athletics, Boccia, Goalball, Adapted Swimming, Adapted Table Tennis and Sitting Volleyball. The competitions themselves will begin on Tuesday the 5th and will extend until Saturday the 9th, each one with its own logic and dynamics in the venues designated by the JDNE organization. The sports venues will be: Justo Román Municipal Athletics Track, Alberto Zorrilla Municipal Natatorium, Islas Malvinas Sports Center, Municipal Hockey Center, AGP Club, Mar del Plata Skatepark, Popular Beach, Colinas de Peralta Ramos Mar del Plata Municipal Sports Center, Nautilus Ciromar, Punta Mogotes, CEF no. Mar del Plata, Santa Cecilia, Cedetalvo Vóley, Villa Marista and Las Heras Sports Center.
