Detroit Tigers star ColtKeith After an impressive rookie season, he married his longtime girlfriend, Kait Vickers.
The couple married on Saturday, November 23, less than two months after Keith completed his first season in the Major Leagues.
“Congratulations to the Keiths! 💙🧡,” the Tigers posted via Instagram on Sunday, November 24th.
Vickers showed a series of photos from the ceremony via Instagramincluding one with Ben Malgericurrently a center fielder with the Tigers’ Double-A affiliate, Erie SeaWolves, where Keith previously played.
“Best friends in baseball,” Vickers captioned the photo.

“Amazing evening celebrating our people with my best friend 🤍,” she captioned a series of photos from the big night. via Instagram. “Congratulations to the Keiths 🎉.”
Vickers too posted a video as she and Keith walked into their reception with fireworks glowing on either side. “Best night ever…that’s it 🥹🥹,” she captioned the post.
Keith and Vickers have been together since at least January 2020, when Vickers first posted a photo of the couple via Instagram.
In July 2020, the couple celebrated Vickers’ birthday together. “Happy 20th, my love! ❤️,” Keith captioned a photo of them celebrating via Instagram.
Keith suggested a trip to Arizona in September 2022. “Kait Keith sounds great!!! 9/30/22🤍💍,” Vickers wrote via Instagram along with two photos of the proposal.
Vickers has stood by Keith’s side throughout his recent professional baseball career, which began in earnest when Colt signed a six-year, $28.6 million contract with the Tigers in January.

The baseball star became the Tigers’ second rookie since 1988 to record 130 or more hits, 30 or more extra-base hits and 60 extra-base RBIs in a season, joining former Tigers RBI. Nicolas Castellanos in 2014.
On Tuesday, November 19, Keith was named the Tigers’ 2024 Rookie of the Year by the Detroit Sports Media Association.
For the first time since 2014, the Tigers secured a spot in the playoffs – their Cinderella run to the playoffs ultimately ended in the five-game American League Division Series against the Cleveland Guardians.
