Franchise position is based on ranking after the tenth week of competition. As well as a hint of subjective projection, to determine the final order. Positions are bound to change in the remaining eight weeks, as will college player ratings. So this is a Mock Draft for the month of November.
Happy reading.
1- Las Vegas Raiders : Shedeur Sanders, QB, Colorado
The Raiders have played their part and nothing is going right! Son of an NFL legend, Shedeur Sanders is an astonishing precision thrower. His game intelligence allows him to orchestrate an attack like a manager, while being capable of brilliant plays.
2- New York Giants : Drew Allar, QB, Penn State
Daniel Jones must turn the page. During the 2024 draft, the Giants snubbed Michael Penix, JJ McCarthy and Bo Nix when all were available! To start a new cycle, the Giants could rely on a quarterback with many prerequisites.
The power of his arm allows him to attack all areas of the field. All while making few mistakes. Plus, Drew Allar was born in March 2004! What he is capable of doing at such a young age is bound to be exciting for a (new?) coaching staff.
3- Tennessee Titans : Quinn Ewers, QB, Texas
Will Levis disappoints and the Titans selected him before the new regime (coach and manager) ! A former quarterback himself, coach Brian Callahan earned his credit as Joe Burrow’s offensive coordinator in Cincinnati. With these experiences, he hopes to be able to model the quarterback for his future successes.
If Quinn Ewers still seems to be developing, the reliability of his attributes would at least bring competition to the most important position. Author of 56 touchdowns and only 18 interceptions in 29 games with Texas, the emergence of this former number 1 high school recruit could enhance the scores at Music City.
4- Jacksonville Jaguars : Will Campbell, OT, LSU
A starter from his first season on the LSU campus, Will Campbell first helped Jayden Daniels become the best university player! In the company of a possible ex and future teammate: receiver Brian Thomas.
His size, the quality of his technique and his mobility could allow Trevor Lawrence to finally allow the Jaguars to look up and not down in the standings!
5- Carolina Panthers : Abdul Carter, Edge, Penn State
Bryce Young has seven games left for Carolina to continue to believe in him! If he succeeds in giving some signs of confidence, the Panthers could address one of the many needs of their workforce.
Signing a whopping total of 12 sacks in 10 games, the Panthers defense would be delighted to welcome a specialist to stress out opposing quarterbacks. Author of 8 sacks in 9 games in 2024, Abdul Carter’s speed and size evoke a former Penn State player: Micah Parsons!
6- New England Patriots : Travis Hunter, WR, Colorado
Drake Maye is giving Boston fans a lot of hope. To help him, the Patriots can choose to strengthen his protection or give him a quality target. Travis Hunter (pictured above) can bring to mind division rival Garrett Wilson (Jets) with his explosiveness and precision movement.
7- Cleveland Browns : Kelvin Banks, OT, Texas
If Deshaun Watson disappointed in 2024 before getting injured, we must recognize that he was not helped by his offensive line: worst squad in conceded sacks! 1st round pick in 2020, Jedrick Wills disappoints: his coach even relegated him to the bench.
8- New Orleans Saints : Tetairoa McMillan, WR, Arizona
In 2024, the Saints proposed an offensive mix leading to the dismissal of their coach. Tall and strong, this native Hawaiian receiver would be perfectly complementary to arrows Rashid Shaheed and Chris Olave: the return of a profile reminiscent of a Michael Thomas so strong between 2016 and 2019 in the bayou.
9- Dallas Cowboys : Luther Burden, WR, Missouri
Although less prominent than in 2023, the explosiveness of this receiver would be valuable alongside star CeeDee Lamb. Enough to restore the Captain America-style star-studded image of the Cowboys?
10- Miami Dolphins : Mason Graham, DT, Michigan
If Miami’s defense is 9th in the NFL in yards conceded, the departure of Christian Wilkins is still felt on the defensive line. Mason Graham has exceptional vivacity for such a compact physique: 1m92 and 145 kilos.
11- Seattle Seahawks : Aireontae Ersery, OT, Minnesota
Geno Smith vies for NFL phoenix title with Sam Darnold in 2024. But too often under pressure, Seattle must secure him so that he continues this renaissance.
12- Chicago Bears : Tyler Booker, OG, Alabama
The talent of Caleb Williams is indisputable! But how could he fully express it behind an offensive line worthy of the cheese of rivals Green Bay? If choosing an interior offensive lineman never excites fans, Tyler Booker could nevertheless solve many of Chicago’s problems.
13- Indianapolis Colts : Will Johnson, CB, Michigan
Theft (steal) of this draft is committed by the Colts! Cornerback Will Johnson presents a profile similar to that of Patrick Surtain (Broncos) with his mix of size and playing intelligence.
14- New York Jets : Tyler Warren, TE, Penn State
Third Penn State University player in the top 15! The Jets could be thinking about the future as Aaron Rodgers is showing clear signs of decline at almost 41 years old! If the next coach decides to still bet on this future Hall of Famer in 2025, then helping him is essential. Tyler Warren offers the versatility of Kyle Juszczyk in the body of George Kittle!
15- Los Angeles Rams : Benjamin Morrison, CB, Notre Dame
Injured in the 6th game of 2024, Benjamin Morrison will have to decide if he enters the 2025 draft or if he stays in college. If he chooses the first option, his profile should earn him a selection in the 1st round: no doubt depending on his talent but depending on his medical report.
16- Tampa Bay Buccaneers : James Pierce, Edge, Tennessee
With a record of 17 wins for 23 losses, Tampa Bay could decide to change its coach in 2025. But Todd Bowles led the team to the playoffs in his first two seasons, while still being in the race for his third. If still in place, this defensive expert could replace the disappointing Joe Tryon-Shoyinka with a pass rusher with feline qualities.
17- Cincinnati Bengals : Deone Walker, DT, Kentucky
Despite the selections of Kris Jenkins (2nd round) and McKinnley Jackson (3rd round) in 2024the Bengals defensive line remains orphaned by the departure of DJ Reader to Detroit! Deone Walker (photo above) is a “man and a half” at two meters tall and weighing 153 kilos!
18- Green Bay Packers : Shavon Revel, CB, East Carolina
Like Benjamin Morrison, Shavon Revel will have to prove at the 2025 NFL Combine that he has fully recovered from his injury. His playing intelligence as well as his measurements would make him a highly coveted prospect in this case: and why not by the franchise hosting the 2025 draft?
19- Arizona Cardinals : Jihaad Campbell, LB, Alabama
Qualified for the playoffs in this projection, the Cardinals do not yet seem ready to go much further. The attack overwhelms the opponents but the defense puts too little pressure while missing too many tackles! Jihaad Campbell is an expert in both areas to become the leader of their holy war in the NFC West.
20- Los Angeles Chargers : Emeka Egbuka, WR, Ohio State
Although Jim Harbaugh likes to run (266 carries for 244 passes), he is aware that his quarterback is the strong element of his attack. After giving Ladd McConkey to Justin Herbert, the Chargers add another receiver capable of making him shine.
21- Atlanta Falcons : Bradyn Swinson, Edge, LSU
Matthew Judon’s signature is like putting a patch on a flat tire! In addition to his advanced age of 32, he will be free from any contract next offseason. Injured, 2024 3rd round pick Bralen Trice was unable to help Atlanta’s putrid defense: 9 sacks in 10 games, last in the NFL!
22- Denver Broncos : Ashton Jeanty, RB, Boise State
Event: a rider is chosen in the 1st round of the draft! Author of 23 rushing touchdowns in 9 games in 2024, Ashton Jeanty is a credible candidate to win the trophy for best university player. Javonte Williams is clearly not at the same level and will be out of contract after the season. How do you help a young quarterback like Bo Nix? Giving him a rider with superior talent is one of the possibilities.
23-Minnesota Vikings: Malachi Starks, S, Georgia
Defensive coordinator Brian Flores lines up three safeties the majority of the time. A defensive back as versatile as Malaki Starks is the identikit of the players he likes. Not to mention that safeties Harrison Smith (36 years old next season) and Camryn Bynum will both be free of contract after this season.
24- Houston Texans : Kenneth Grant, DT, Michigan
After Mason Graham in the top 10, Kenneth Grant is the second defensive tackle from Michigan to be chosen in the 1st round! Impressive, he could advantageously replace Folo Fatukasi at the end of his contract. A Hunter-Grant-Autry-Anderson defensive line could lead the Texans to the coronation in 2025.
25- Washington Commanders : Colston Loveland, TE, Michigan
For his rookie season, Jayden Daniels is doing wonders! However, Commanders must not stop surrounding him as best as possible. Zach Ertz just turned 34 and is playing on his final year of contract.
26- Pittsburgh Steelers : Walter Nolen, DE, Ole Miss
On the first defensive curtain, the starters are not getting any younger: Cam Heyward (35 years old) and Larry Ogunjobi (30 years old). Walter Nolen offers a penetrating profile complementary to the stronger Keeanu Benton for the future of Pittsburgh’s defensive line.
27- San Francisco 49ers: Jonah Savaiinaea, OT, Arizona
A colossus at the tackle position, this excellent blocker for the ground game would be like a fish to water in San Francisco.
28- Baltimore Ravens : Donovan Jackson, OG, Ohio State
In Baltimore, the offense runs more than it throws: 319 runs for 289 throws. The interior of the offensive line must therefore be strengthened to continue a winning recipe.
29- Philadelphia Eagles : Mykel Williams, DE, Georgia
A big fan of products made in Georgia, the Philadelphia manager could return there in 2025 because the legendary Brandon Graham will take a well-deserved retirement after this season.
30- Buffalo Bills : Xavier Watts, S, Notre Dame
Xavier Watts is a control tower: 7 interceptions in 2023, 7 passes defended including 3 interceptions in 2024! With Cole Bishop, he would constitute a formidable tandem reminiscent of the Micah Hyde-Jordan Poyer duo of past seasons.
31- Detroit Lions : Nic Scourton, DE, Texas A&M
The signing of Z.Smith will be good for the playoffs. However, the Lions need to find a long-term partner in Aidan Hutchinson.
32- Kansas City Chiefs : Jalon Walker, LB, Georgia
Best record in the NFL with 9 victories and still undefeated, the Chiefs logically obtain the 32nd choice in this projection. This spot seems ideal for a trade with a team like Cleveland wanting to come back at the end of the 1st round for a quarterback.
If not, Nick Bolton will be out of contract and a linebacker as versatile as Jalon Walker would do wonders in Kansas City’s defensive system.
