ALGHERO – “Our company obtains an important loan from the tender of the Sardinia Region which creates the concrete possibility of a turning point for the plant we have always dealt with.
The Cacciotto administration, led by the two competent councilors Daga and Marinaro, has worked face to face together with our company to make concrete what we have been asking for for some time.
The technical-economic project for the total renovation works in compliance with FIBS regulations was essential to participate in the tenders and the two councilors together with the offices followed and understood the needs reported by our company.
The financing now obtained, which is in addition to that already provided by the regional administration in the last mandate following an amendment by the former President Michele Pais, together with the co-financing share approved in recent days by the municipal budget, will make it possible to make an important turning point for the plant sports but also to the entire Maria Pia area.
In fact, let’s not forget that the necessary and urgent works are not only functional to bringing the championships up to standard but are above all necessary and urgent for the safety of both the internal and external area.
We are strongly convinced, we have said it several times even within the “I Fuori Casa” meetings, that only active collaboration between sports clubs and public administrations can lead to concrete results for the good of the community.
Today we reap the fruits of our beliefs with serious and collaborative work with the current Cacciotto administration, continuing in the wake of a virtuous example implemented in the last legislature with the maintenance work of the irrigation system and the turf brought to completion with the then councilors Caria and Peru.
The Maria Pia sports area can and must be a virtuous example of participatory planning, active collaboration between those who live there every day and those responsible for administering it, to create a large urban park dedicated to physical well-being and sociability”
