The badminton club of Fief-Sauvin, the Bad’Team silvanoise, welcomed 37 teams to the 7e edition of its special Halloween tournament.
Chaired by Adrien Coiffard and still growing, the badminton club has nearly forty members, of all levels. Thursday October 31, the club organized its annual tournament, Bad’lloween: at night and on Halloween evening.
With seven courts at their disposal, 37 teams, 12 in men’s doubles and 25 in mixed doubles, competed in numerous matches, in a sport-relaxation and Halloween atmosphere. Some participants were made up or disguised, a way of impressing and disturbing the opponents.
A special atmosphere
In addition to the surrounding clubs of Les Mauges, some players came from Mortagne-sur-Sèvre, Chemillé, Valanjou or Haute-Goulaine. We come for the organization and this very special atmosphere
specifies a team, loyal to the tournament.
Badistas Corentin and Alexandre, from Saint-André – Saint-Macaire, won the men’s doubles tournament.
David and Aurélien, from Mortagne-sur-Sèvre, finished in second place ahead of Fred and Térence, from Haute-Goulaine. In mixed doubles, Cyrielle and Charly, from Andrezé, won ahead of Blanche and Maël, from Saint-André – Saint-Macaire, and Morgane and Aurel, from Chemillé.
The organizers thank all the participants, the merchants and artisans who supported this organization and the club members for their investment.
