Without Embiid, he is the boss of the Sixers. Guerschon Yabusele delivered a very good performance during Philadelphia’s victory against the Brooklyn Nets (113-98). The Frenchman, back in the NBA this season after a very successful Olympic Games, returned his first career double-double in the American league.
Even if somewhat clumsy in shooting (4/12, but 2/4 at three points), Yabusele took advantage of the absence of Joel Embiid to offer himself a starting place with the Sixers and stood out perfectly on both sides of the field. With 10 points, 11 rebounds, 3 assists in 31 minutes, the Frenchie delivered one of his most complete performances in the NBA.
Batum also decisive
Quite the opposite of the other tricolors engaged last night who remained too discreet. Bilal Coulibaly and Alexandre Sarr only scored six points each for Washington in the Wizards’ defeat against Boston (96-108), despite having a good presence on the rebound (7 and 9 respectively).
No Embiid last night, well it was Guerschon Yabusele 🇫🇷 who took the starting 5 spot ahead of Drummond 🫡

Zaccharie Risacher was little used with Atlanta (4 points in 15 minutes of play) against Chicago (136-122 defeat). Alone, Nicolas Batum survived in a formation of the Los Angeles Clippers winning against Sacramento (104-88) with 9 points and 3 rebounds.
