The Philadelphia Eagles have continued their strong series in the US football league NFL. At the start of the 11th game day, quarterback Jalen Hurts’ team beat the Washington Commanders around super rookie Jaden Daniels 26:18 in the top game. The outstanding man was running back Saquon Barkley, who covered a total of 198 yards and paved the way with two touchdowns in the final quarter.
With eight wins and two defeats, the Eagles lead the NFC East ahead of Washington (7:4) and have won their sixth game in a row after a mixed start to the season. The Commanders, with Daniels throwing a touchdown and an interception, had long held hopes of success. By the start of the final quarter they had a 10-6 lead and didn’t allow a touchdown. Despite the second defeat in a row, they still have a good chance of making the play-offs.
