NFL: The Chiefs suffer their first defeat, the 49ers sensitive to home defeat

The last undefeated team in the NFL has fallen. The Kansas City Chiefs, who before this Sunday were the only undefeated team in the NFL with a 9-0 record, lost in Buffalo. The Bills won against Kansas City after a thrilling match.
