Other excellent results for the players of the Vegadeo Badminton Club, this time in the Ttr de Riosa sub-13, sub-17, absolute and senior with a total of 5 Golds, 2 Silvers and 2 Bronzes. The golds were achieved by: Eneko Rguez, a player still under-11 in men’s under-13 singles and by Eneko himself in men’s under-13 doubles partnering with Lucas Rico from Oviedo. Thus achieving a double champion in this tournament. Another Gold was achieved by Nadia Alonso, who after winning last weekend at the Ttr in Vitoria (Basque Country) managed to win again this time in Riosa in the under-13 female individual and Nadia herself achieved the other gold with her partner from club from Veigueña Laura Santamarina in under-13 women’s doubles. Another great double for Nadia Alonso and the fifth Gold was achieved by the still under-11 couple Joel Alonso and Marta Santamarina in under-13 mixed doubles. The silver went to the still under-11 players Iván Fernández and Ainhoa Rodil in the under-13 mixed doubles and the other silver was won by the still under-15 players, Gabriela López and Alex Acevedo in the under-17 mixed doubles. The bronze medals were also won by Mateo Amor and Álvaro Seijo in the U13 men’s doubles and by José Fernández with Oiane Fdez from Oviedo in the U17 mixed doubles. The next commitments for the Vegadeo Badminton Club will be on Saturday, November 16 in the Galicia Top Ttr sub-13, sub-17 and absolute in Vigo and the Spanish sub-11 and sub-19 championship on the 22nd, 23rd and 24th of November in Oviedo.
