Officer stands out in Latin American Police and Fire Games

Cancun, November 26 (InZoom.mx).- The official of the Municipal Secretariat of Citizen Security and Traffic of Benito Juárez, Juan Israel Ruelas Cantero, has raised the name of Quintana Roo by obtaining an outstanding second place in the Judo discipline in the XI Latin American Police and Police Games. Firefighters, held in Cali, Colombia.

Ruelas Cantero, who competed in the disciplines of Judo, Jiu-Jitsu and Taekwondo, demonstrated a high competitive level when facing the best police officers and firefighters from all of Latin America.

Despite an injury suffered during his Jiu-Jitsu fight, which forced him to withdraw from Taekwondo competition, the Cancun officer managed to obtain a silver medal in Judo, beating highly experienced rivals.

The participation of Ruelas Cantero in these games is a clear example of the commitment and dedication of the elements of the Benito Juárez Municipal Police. His sporting performance not only reflects his excellent physical condition, but also his discipline and spirit of service.
