CALL FOR THE 1ST DAY OF INCLUSIVE BADMINTON IN THE REGION OF MURCIA-LAS TORRES DE COTILLAS
2024 SEASON

PLACE: The Torres de Cotillas.
SCHEDULE: Depending on the registration received, the final schedule for the matches will be established, which will be communicated by the Organization with sufficient advance notice.
CATEGORIES: Absolute (Inclusive). MODALITIES: IM-IF-DM-DF-DX.
INCOMPATIBILITIES: To be able to participate in these sessions it will be necessary to be in the U-17 category or higher, have a promotional or territorial license from the Badminton Federation of the Region of Murcia, and not have played any Territorial Ranking Tournament (TTR) in the 2024 season.

REGISTRATIONS: They will be carried out through the online registration platform. Athletes with an individual license must send their registration, within the indicated period, to the official email address [email protected]. FEES FOR ALL CATEGORIES: €5 (Max. Two tests per athlete)

In the event that these fees are NOT made effective, by depositing them in the official FEBAMUR account, 24 hours before the start of the competition, an increase in them of 20% will automatically occur.
COMPETITION SYSTEM: The competition system will be that of total competition, which will be set by FEBAMUR based on the registration received, but in any case it must ensure the dispute of at least two matches within each event. In this competition system, the rules of inclusive badminton will govern. The events that are called are Men’s Singles, Women’s Singles, Men’s Doubles, Women’s Doubles and Mixed Doubles, all in the absolute category.
PRIZES: Prizes to the top three finishers at the end of all the days of the 2024 season.

COVID-19 CLAUSE FOR REGISTRATION AND PARTICIPATION IN COMPETITIONS OF THE BADMINTON FEDERATION OF THE REGION OF MURCIA.
The COVID-19 health crisis makes it necessary to adopt a series of measures aimed at complying with the protocols established by the health authorities. The establishment and compliance with the aforementioned measures requires a series of commitments and forms of action on the part, fundamentally, of organizers and participants. Reading and accepting this document is an essential condition to take part in the competitions of the BADMINTON FEDERATION OF THE REGION OF MURCIA. The participant declares and manifests, when registering for the competition: 1.- That he or she is aware of the protocol and guide published by the SPANISH FEDERATION AND THE BADMINTON FEDERATION OF THE REGION OF MURCIA in relation to the presence and participation in sports events generated on the occasion of the COVID-19 health crisis.2.-That undertakes to comply with all the demands or simple recommendations contained in such protocol or guide, as well as the instructions given by the authorities sports or organizational personnel present at the competition in relation to the measures to avoid contagion by COVID19.3.-That they agree not to attend or take part in the event or competition in the event that they suffer from symptoms that could be compatible with the contagion of COVID-19. This will also be extended to cases in which the symptoms were suffered by third parties with whom the participating person has or has had contact from which infection could objectively arise.4.-That, if they are or have been infected due to the COVID-19 virus, you agree not to attend or take part in the event or competition as long as the health authorities do not state that participation does not entail a risk, either for yourself or for the rest of the attendees with the who could have contact.5.-That, with the means at his disposal, and in any case when circumstances have arisen that make it advisable, he has undergone the existing tests to verify if he is or has been infected by COVID-19.6. -That you are aware of and accept and assume that, in the current state, there is an objective risk of contagion of COVID-19 with the consequences that could arise for you in terms of health or problems that could even cause you. the death.7.-That accepts that the SPANISH FEDERATION AND THE BADMINTON FEDERATION OF THE REGION OF MURCIA adopt the measures indicated in the protocol and guide that it has published in order to establish a reasonable security scenario in the competition. In this sense, it is stated that the BADMINTON FEDERATION OF THE REGION OF MURCIA, in the course of the competition, may adopt the measures or decisions that are necessary in relation to the establishment or application of the measures contained in its protocol. and published guide, or any other that had the purpose of providing the test with a safe environment in terms of avoiding contagion by COVID-19.8.-That, in the event of being infected by COVID-19, The participant exonerates the BADMINTON FEDERATION OF THE REGION OF MURCIA from any responsibility in relation to possible damages or losses that may arise for his or her person.9.-That the participant accepts that when measures or decisions by the BADMINTON FEDERATION OF THE REGION OF MURCIA with the objective of preserving the health of people in the course of the competition, the essential obligations of the organizer, so the payment of amounts, compensation, or refund of prices or amounts for registration or participation rights or costs incurred by the athlete and/or his or her club cannot be demanded.10.-That The participant accepts that if he or she shows conduct or behavior of non-observance or non-compliance with the orders and instructions of the organization staff in relation to security measures to avoid COVID-19 infections, he or she may be excluded or disqualified from the event by decision of the person acting as sports authority (judge-referee or technical delegate).11.-That the participant accepts that the sports measures set out in the previous section are understood to be without prejudice to other responsibilities that he or she may incur before the competent authorities (including federative disciplinary bodies) as a consequence of conduct or behavior of non-observance or non-compliance with the orders and instructions that apply, either in the sports-federation field, or in other different fields.
ON THE POSSIBLE CONTIGENCIES IN THE CHANGES OF DATES OR CONDITIONS OF CELEBRATION OF THE TOURNAMENTS The Federation is independent and does not assume any responsibility for the athletes and/or teams that register in the sports competition in relation to any contract (travel, accommodation , etc.) that could be carried out by them in relation to attendance at the event. The athlete expressly waives the right to claim from the Federation and the rest of the organizing and collaborating entities in the start-up and development of the competition any expenses that may be incurred in relation to any contract (travel, accommodation, etc.) made. for its part in the event that the competition is not held or the day-time-place is modified based on the agreements that are adopted.
