Courses, competitions and an open in Lavelanet are on the program for the Kodokan Pamiers judo judokas who are excelling on the tatami mats. A cohesion course was on the program at the end of October, during the All Saints’ Day holidays, with around fifty young people aged 6 to 13 who made the kimonos shine. A good sequence of judo which was mainly used to have fun. But still have the opportunity to progress with mainly sessions based on the right movements to learn and have on the mats, while creating alchemy between the age categories of each generation of judokas. For the competition, the meetings follow one another on the mats. Last weekend, six Kodokan Pamiers judo fighters headed to the Gers prefecture. A high-flying tournament on the Auch tatamis with good results to be expected. Kodokan Pamiers judo won three podiums with a nice gold medal and two bronze medals. Khalil and Ethan finished third in their respective categories and Martinez won gold in fierce fights where the Appamean judoka showed great determination to win. Note that Hugo and Nolan finished in fifth place and BarnabĂ© took seventh place in categories which included a large number of participants. Finally, it was the first open of the season at Lavelanet on Sunday November 10 at the multisports center in the capital of Pays d’Olmes. A highlight in the presence of the mini-chicks, chicks, benjamins and mini Appameans who all gave a great response on the tatami mats. The season is well and truly launched at the Kodokan which welcomes beginners to experienced judokas, ranging from young shoots to veterans all week on the tatamis of the Bayle gymnasium.
