It was somewhat expected and Philadelphia’s success arrived, returning to winning ways after a long streak of consecutive defeats which was starting to worry and which in any case still places the 76ers second to last in the Eastern Conference and in the NBA in general. However, the fairly clear statement in the score against Brooklyn (113-98) will presumably have to be improved to overcome the Los Angeles Clippers who will show up at the Wells Fargo Center slightly ahead in the predictions even if, before the tie-breaker, it will be a balanced challenge looking at the starting odds. The Clippers, without Leonard and Powell, are however in constant growth and have achieved, in the last three games, three successes against top teams such as Golden State, Orlando and Sacramento.
For the 76ers who will take to their parquet without Embiid, George and Lowry, the mission is a very tough one especially if it will be the Phila of the first three quarters of the match against the Nets: only in the last period, in fact, McCain, Maxey and teammates managed to give their best and achieved success but against the Los Angeles Clippers who were really in great shape, Sunday night, it might not be enough, also considering the match two weeks ago at the Intuit Dome which saw the Clippers win 110-98.
