Elfic has a new player. Carolina Rodrigues replaces Spanish full-back Maria Mongomo who is leaving the club with immediate effect, the club announced on Monday.
The Portuguese player caused a sensation in Swiss competition last season, she played two final matches for Nyon to replace an injured player, scoring 28 and 31 points.
At 26, she played until now with the Belgian club Mechelen. She will play her first match with Elfic on Thursday in Lithuania.
