POL-OH: Additional report: Burglary in a perfumery in Fulda

The report published on Wednesday morning (November 13th) about a break-in at a perfumery on Markstraße was supplemented with further information:

Unknown people broke open the sliding glass door of a perfumery on Marktstrasse on Wednesday morning (November 13th) at around 6:35 a.m. This allowed the burglars to get into the sales room, from which they stole cosmetic items worth a total of several thousand euros. Noticed by several witnesses, they then fled separately in the direction of Lemon Man’s Alley. The two perpetrators, who caused a total of around 1,000 euros in property damage during the break-in, can be described as follows:

Perpetrator 1:

   - Männlich
   - Circa 20 bis 30 Jahre alt
   - Schlanke Statur
   - Bekleidet mit einer dunklen Daunenjacke mit Kapuze, schwarzer 
     Jogginghose, schwarzer Basecap und schwarzen Turnschuhen mit 
     heller Sohle

Perpetrator 2:

   - Männlich
   - Circa 20 bis 30 Jahre alt
   - Heller Hautteint
   - Bekleidet mit einer schwarzen Winterjacke, grauer Hose, 
     schwarzen Schuhen mit heller Sohle und einem besonders 
     auffälligen hellen Hut mit einer schmalen, nach oben gebogenen 
     Hutkrempe

According to current information, the perpetrators were carrying a dark sports bag or similar as well as a dark, large suitcase/rolling suitcase. They spent several minutes in front of the shop on Marktstrasse before the break-in. During the subsequent escape, the suitcase was carried in the arms of one of the perpetrators.

Witnesses who made suspicious observations on Marktstrasse or the city center in the early hours of the morning or who may have walked past people conspicuously waiting there are asked to contact the East Hesse Police Headquarters on 0661/105-0 or any other police station to set.
