Professor Fujimoto of our university will serve as a facilitator at the Kansai Sports Promotion Symposium sponsored by Kansai Keiren, KCAA, and Kansai Union – Osaka University of Physical Education

The 3rd Kansai Sports Promotion Symposium “Contributing to improving well-being through sports” will be held on December 9th (Monday) at the Knowledge Capital Knowledge Theater in Kita-ku, Osaka. The panel discussion will be facilitated by Professor Junya Fujimoto (Sports Marketing) of the Faculty of Sports Science, Osaka University of Physical Education.
The Kansai Sports Promotion Symposium is an event organized by the Kansai Economic Federation, the University Sports Consortium KANSAI (KCAA), and the Kansai Regional Union to promote understanding of sports promotion efforts in the Kansai region and to exchange opinions that will lead to next actions. In the third session, we will share efforts to improve physical and mental health through sports, and exchange opinions on issues and future prospects.
In addition, “Kansai Sports Medicine and Science Support Consortium” activity report will also be carried out.

The symposium will include a greeting from Masayoshi Matsumoto, chairman of the Kinkeiren, followed by a keynote speech, business reports, and a panel discussion.
