Samir Toplak was relieved of his duties as coach of Rudeš. After a little more than two months, the second division team from Zagreb has decided not to continue cooperation with Toplak, according to an announcement on the club’s official website.
Rudeš took over Toplak at the beginning of the season after the club was in a difficult situation in the opening three rounds and recorded three defeats under the leadership of Davor Mladina. He led Rudešane in 14 matches, recorded 6 wins, 5 losses and 3 draws. They are currently in the eighth position.
“NK Rudeš informs the public that Mr. Samir Toplak is no longer the coach of the first team, and we wish him the best of luck in finding his future club. We will inform the public about further steps related to the management of the team in a timely manner,” reads a short statement on the club’s official website.
