The installation will be composed of a sequence of images, photos, videos and multimedia material. The inauguration on the eve of San Marino-Gibraltar valid for the Nations League
November 13 – 09:43 – MILANO
“Challenging the impossible. The incredible story of San Marino football”. This is the title of the innovative multimedia and museum work that will take place at the Titanus Museum in the City of San Marino starting tomorrow, 14 November. It is an installation through which we want to retrace all the stages of the football movement of the Republic of San Marino, from the beginning of a century ago to the present day “to show everyone the courage and pride we put both on the pitch, be outside”, as declared by the President of the FSGC Marco Tura.

The initiative will be inaugurated to the public on the eve of San Marino-Gibraltar, a Nations League match which will be played at the San Marino Stadium. And it will be composed of a sequence of images, photos, videos and multimedia material which together will tell the story of San Marino football, from the rise of Massimo Bonini, through the debuts of the club and national team in the European field and up to the recent success with the Liechtenstein. But it doesn’t end here. Because, in fact, alongside the multimedia work there will also be a section with some of the most important memorabilia of the Republic’s football history.

“For several years, FSGC has had a very ambitious objective – says President Marco Tura –, that is, to show everyone the great courage and pride of San Marino football, both on and off the pitch”. Therefore, “the creation of this first museum space of the Football Federation, which has never existed before”, derives precisely from here. The President of the Titanus Museum, Dennis Guerra, is also enthusiastic about the work: “Everything that embraces territory and culture and is an integral part of our state finds a home in the Titanus Museum. We are sure that seeing the history of local football will excite all those who come to visit us.”
