This appointment reflects her lasting impact on the global sporting community and her strong connection with the region, where she has consistently been recognized for her achievements and advocacy for women in sport. His new role underlines Dubai’s commitment to promoting sports as an important part of the city’s culture and international appeal.
As Sports Ambassador, Mirza will contribute her vast experience and passion to raise Dubai’s sporting profile, working alongside other global initiatives to strengthen the city’s reputation as a hub for international sporting events. His role will also focus on inspiring the youth and promoting a spirit of Sania has been a famous tennis player of India. She managed to maintain her position as the top Indian tennis player in singles and doubles of the Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) for a continuous decade from 2003 to 2013.
