In the eighth week of the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague, our representative Fenerbahçe Beko defeated ASVEL on the road and got its eighth victory in the league.
Our representative, Fenerbahçe’s head coach Saras Jasikevicius, stood in front of the microphone after the match.
Coach Jasikevicius’ post-match statements are as follows:
“No away game in the EuroLeague is easy, so we expected the match to be tough. We’re still not playing our best basketball, and it’s not easy to play great basketball at this point in the season. Currently, there is no team playing perfectly in the EuroLeague other than Bayern. Therefore, it is important to continue winning, and that is what we are doing.
We have great players, the atmosphere in the dressing room is very good. We have to be patient, even if we didn’t play very well today, we somehow won. “From now on, we need to move forward by developing and learning.”
