[뉴스투나잇=김태형] Sejong Special Self-Governing City players Shin San-hee and Hyun Jun-ha won the doubles championship at the ‘2024 3rd Korea Professional Tennis Federation Tournament’ held in Yanggu, Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province on the 24th.
88 players (48 men, 40 women) from all over the country participated in the ‘2024 3rd Korea Professional Tennis Federation Tournament’.
Shin San-hee and Hyun Jun-ha, ranked 3rd and 38th in the domestic singles rankings, respectively, won the gold medal by winning 2-1 against Gyeongsan City Hall players Shin Woo-bin (4th) and Choi Jae-seong (20th) in the doubles final.
Shin San-hee is doing very well this year, winning 5 individual singles and doubles championships and 3 runner-up finishes in domestic and international competitions.
Hyun Jun-ha is attracting attention as a promising player as he showed off his skills by winning the team event at the 1st Korea Federation of Industries Championships and then winning the doubles event at this tournament.
The two players said, “We are happy to have won the Korea Unemployment Federation competition and will focus more on training and become growing players.”
