Cercy-la-Tour. Around fifty events already scheduled for 2025. Around fifty cultural, sporting or festive events have already been scheduled for 2025 by Cercy associations last Wednesday at the town hall.
In addition to the usual pétanque and belote competitions, dance evenings, karaoke, rifles, all the significant events of 2024 will be there, such as the La Rescapoise gourmet hike, in May, or the Fête de l’Elevage, in November .
The flagship event will undoubtedly be the start of the last stage of the Tour Nivernais Morvan (TNM), Saturday June 22, with arrival in Fours via a journey via Haut-Folin. The race will coincide with the junior cycling event (first edition last July). Other large-scale sporting meetings will take place, notably in April, with the USC judo departmental tournament, in association with the Decize club.
On the heritage side, Cerciacum is planning an exhibition in July on the history of Cercy (1950-1977) and, in August, an exhibition on the former wholesaler of the Comptoir général des materials (CGM), installed along the Canne. The arrival in the spring of a delegation from Vallendar, a twin town for forty-six years, will be another highlight.
The Petit Thé-Âtre troupe will return to the stage in May with a delightful comedy, Full throttle .
Finally, after the success of their first exhibition, the senior artists, brought together by the social center, will exhibit again.
