The event was presented yesterday morning at Palazzo Nodari. “We are really happy – said the councilor for inclusion and equal opportunities policies Nadja Bala – to promote this initiative which involves schools and the whole city, with local clubs and teams that carry out paralympic activities. It’s a way to show that everything is possible and that inclusion is truly for everyone. I thank those who collaborated in the realization of this event, those who will participate and the volunteers who will assist us”.
Representing Ulss 5, the head of the press office Annalisa Boschini was present: “This day is a sign of a renewed collaboration between the Municipality of Rovigo and the local health company because if we don’t start from inclusion we cannot delete words that no longer make sense because even the word disabled person is out of date and needs to be replaced by other languages, the language of inclusion is much more flexible”.
Lucio Taschin, delegate of the provincial CONI, fully agrees. “This day I consider it one of the events that cannot be missed in the future.”
Mariangela Cezza and Antonella Rossini were also present for the Rhodigium Basket basketball. “It’s an inclusive sport where every role has its own meaning and inequalities are no longer seen. Everyone can give to the best of their ability, it’s a sport for everyone.”
And Fabio Chinaglia for Blusoccorso, a voluntary association that has supported our territory for various types of events for years and which, also for this event, will be present without asking for any refund.
