Terrible accident in MotoGP. Miller crashed his head into an opponent’s motorcycle

There was a nasty accident at the Malaysian Grand Prix of Road Bikes, which took place shortly after the start of the race in the royal class of MotoGP. Jack Miller already fell in the second corner and hit Fabio Quartarara‘s bike head on. The race was immediately interrupted and medics came to the Australian, who then took him to the medical center on the circuit. According to the first reports, nothing serious happened to Miller, he even appeared in the pits during the rest of the race.

The Malaysian Grand Prix hadn’t even started properly yet, and red flags flew at the Sepang circuit, interrupting the race. Already in the second corner of the first lap, Jack Miller fell off his motorcycle.

When he fell, he hit Fabio Quartarara’s machine with his head, which also slid to the ground. Miller’s teammate Brad Binder also got involved in the carom, who subsequently also fell.

But after the ugly accident, everyone was mainly worried about the Australian, to whom the paramedics immediately went. The marshals even had a curtain unfurled on the track so fans couldn’t see how Miller was being treated.

He was subsequently taken by ambulance to the medical center on the circuit and the race was restarted. Miller appeared with his partner in the pits later in the course and appeared to have escaped the horrific accident unscathed.

The Red Bull KTM Factory Racing team also informed about his condition. “We were very worried, but we are happy to report that both Brad Binder and Jack Miller are doing well,” he said in an announcement on social networks.

In the end, Francesco Bagnaia reigned supreme on the track and dramatized the fight for the title. Current championship leader Jorge Martín finished second.
